3. Purpose
A & J PLUMBING AND GAS LIMITED’s goal is to facilitate contact between users (customers) and professionals, managing communication, urgent intervention requests, and confirmation of intervention by the professional.

Payment for the intervention actually provided by the professional is determined directly between the user and the professional, based on the type of work performed. The payment is made directly to the professional.
Requests for refunds or cancellation of payments made by credit card must be sent via email to info@ajplumbingandgasltd.co.uk. If the refund request is approved, A & J PLUMBING AND GAS LIMITED will process the refund of the amount paid.

7. Liability
A & J PLUMBING AND GAS LIMITED is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or failures by the professional towards the user. A & J PLUMBING AND GAS LIMITED‘s liability is limited to advertising and recommending professionals who claim to have the necessary skills, but does not guarantee the quality of the service provided.
